GG Clan: esports partnerships, TikTok content and paid ads
GG Clan is an esports coaching platform that connects competitive players with pro coaches. I run creator and pro-player outreach, make and promote the content, look after customers and coach players myself.
The challenge
A coaching marketplace only works when both sides show up: players who want to get better, and pros and creators who can teach them and bring an audience. GG Clan sells across MENA, Europe and North America, so every message, video and ad has to work in more than one language and on more than one platform, and it has to feel native to the games people actually play: VALORANT, CS2, Call of Duty and more.
My role
As Global Partnership Manager & Coach I sit across partnerships, content, paid acquisition and customers. I work remotely, coordinate GG Clan's media agency, and still coach CS2 and VALORANT players myself, which keeps me close to what customers actually ask for.
What I did
Creator and pro-player outreach
I reach 300–400 creators and pro players a month across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok and X, with messages personalised by language. To keep that volume personal, I built AI-assisted outreach automation with the Claude API, Python, Node.js, Playwright and the Gmail API, and I A/B-test templates by language and format.
TikTok and short-form content
I produced vertical videos for GG Clan's TikTok, built on hooks gamers recognise and on real gameplay. I also create AI-generated launch content with AI avatars and AI voice, write the scripts and edit the cut myself when it needs it. Alongside TikTok I manage GG Clan's YouTube, Instagram and Reddit and publish video regularly.

Paid campaigns
In April and May 2025 I ran paid campaigns with GG Clan's media agency on TikTok, Meta, Reddit, Snapchat and Amazon/Twitch, targeting the US, the UK and Saudi Arabia. I signed the creators, delivered their TikTok Spark Ad codes and coordinated the agency day to day. I wrote a bank of 47 ad headlines across VALORANT, Call of Duty, WoW, StarCraft II and Apex, plus carousel ads, and set up ref codes to track TikTok and search traffic.
Customers and coaching
I source customers through several channels and handle support by ticket and email: payments, matching each player with the right pro, and platform questions. I coach CS2 and VALORANT players through VOD reviews and 1:1 sessions, with 100+ paying clients so far.
